Attempting repairs

So this is what I'll be spending my evening doing versus telling you all about this neat Twitter thing I've done. That will have to wait until Monday.

When we were at Harvard using one of their conference rooms there was a notice on the computer in there saying that the hard drive was wiped every few hours and restored back to its original version to prevent any damage to the configuration. I think I'm going to have to set up a profile for my parents to use on my computer that is locked down so they can't accidentally install malware on it while searching YouTube for Thomas the Tank Engine videos.
