When I staggered my way down the stairs this evening, I couldn't figure out why I was so sore. I immediately figured I had gotten to that old and creaky stage of my life where I was just going to hobble around in my walker and yell at kids to get off my lawn. Then I realized that in the last two days I've taken two huge walks on the beach, ran around with little kids, went ice skating for several hours then mowed our huge lawn. That might explain why my legs are a little weary. I can put the walker away for a little while longer, it seems.
