How much can I do at once?

So I'm migrating databases and reinstalling our demo laptop while talking on the phone and chatting on IM. Ugh. Brain overload. But we are down to the wire these days. I leave for ALA Wednesday evening which means I have only another day and a half to get my proverbial shit together. Looking forward to the actual trip as a chance to just sit and breathe.
