August 13 - I noticed last night that the contact photo in my phone for Ian was at least four years old and looked like some little kid versus the dude who is in this house now. So I snapped a few pics of him at dinner to update it. Three guesses which one he wanted as his profile pic.

He is 14 years old, 6’3” and strong!

August 15 - For anyone who sat with Rich in the last nine months of his life, Ian has discovered “Always Sunny in Philadelphia” and is watching the entire series non-stop. After seven and a half years, I can appreciate it again and the theme music no longer triggers me. And hearing Ian cackle with laughter is a delight.
