To sleep perchance to dream
I'm happy to report we've all gone back to our normal sleep habits for the last two days. May it continue that way. I went to get my nails done after work and so Rich took Ian home from school. He did okay for the first bit but after yogurt started crying for me. When I was nowhere to be found he started asking for "night night". Rich put him in the pack and play and rubbed his back until I got home about 20 minutes later. While he never fell asleep, he did know to tell us he was tired and some snuggles made it better.
I can't tell you how great it is to have him communicate with us! I'm sure there will be a day when I pray he'll shut up but not today. His poor brain is just exploding and we're all struggling to keep up.
