Saturday morning father son time

Yesterday was rough. Ian is most likely going through a growth spurt and yesterday he and I had a hard time. He wouldn't feed for more than 5-10 minutes at a time and wouldn't sleep for more than 15 minutes at a time. When he wasn't doing either of those, he was frowning, fussing and grunting. Ever a good boy, I still don't think he's really cried, but he was clearly restless and uncomfortable. All I wanted was an hour nap all day and it didn't come until 3:30pm when he finally collapsed on my chest and we slept on the couch for two hours. But that was a turning point and things steadily improved. He napped that evening again we learned how to nurse while lying in bed which is GREAT because I can doze off while he's eating. And today he slept from 8:30 til almost noon! And then we napped together from 1:30-3:30! Best baby ever!
One of the best things about napping with him in the bed is listening to him sleep. I recorded it so when he's a teenager I can just get a doll baby and put a speaker in it with this on infinite loop.
