Barbeque Sauce

This came from my Grandma Upton. It's technically red in color, but has a strong vinegar flavor. My mother puts it on cut up chicken or pork and it makes great sandwiches. 1/3 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup vinegar 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tsp wet mustard 2 tbs brown sugar 2 tbs worchestershire sause 1 cup ketchup

Cook onions and water until tender. Add all other ingredients and cook about 5 minutes.

Peanut Butter Cookies

I don't have it written on the card, but I think this came from either Grandma Grimm or Charlotte. Both are cookie experts. 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before baking. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
